How much does a tummy tuck cost in California?
 

I have recently lost a few pounds and desperately need a tummy tuck. The only reason I'm holding off on an abdominoplasty is the cost. Can anyone tell me how much I should be expecting to pay including the operating room and anethesia? I am looking for a good board certified plastic surgeon. I actually don't even live in California but I have heard that it is cheaper to get a tummy tuck somewhere like Los Angeles or San Diego instead of getting it in my home state because it will be cheaper.

Another plastic surgery resource said that $11,053 is the average price of a tummy tuck in California. I don't know how accurate or up to date that number is but that is what was reported.

It really sucks that these surgeries are so expensive. If they weren't I know for a fact there would be a lot more of us getting them more often!
