Default Is tummy tuck surgery a good option to reduce extra fat?

I feel so embarrassed with the body I am having. I have tried with a lot of exercise programs and diet plans. None is working out. So I am thinking about doing this tummy tuck surgery. Will that be a good decision? Are there any complications behind this procedure?

There's many complications that can come out of any surgery!
If you're trying to get a TT just to 'lose weight', then it's not going to be a good option. However if you have extra SKIN that you can't get rid of with exercise (after 3 kids I had a lot of extra skin stretched out in my stomach that wouldn't go away no matter what I did) then surgery is a good option.

Most good doctors won't even give you surgery until you're at your 'goal weight' (when I went for my first consultation I tried to cheat a little too and told him I was at my goal weight, but my doc knew I wasn't, and I lost the extra 20lbs easily and my surgery turned out much better!).

If you just have stubborn fat that won't go away in your belly then liposuction (not a tummy tuck) might be an option, but again this is always for fat that won't go away (some of us just have weird fat deposits that can't be broken!).

Good luck in the future whatever you decide
