Hi all! I just got a breast lift/augmentation and a tummy tuck with lipo 12 days ago. I had the procedure done out of my home state and had to travel home with my drains still in from the tuck/lipo. One of them came out today, and the other is beginning to fall out. I don't knoe if it was the pressure from flying, but it did cause problems during flights. I was down to draining at about 50cc in the last 24 hours. When my breast drains came out they were draining about the same. Should I be concerned and try to find a surgeon to put them back in here at home, or just remove the second one? At what point (cc level) should they have been removed? Any insight or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same type of surgery on June 28 - still have 2 drains in. My doc won't take them out until each one is draining less than 30cc's over a 24 hr period. Did they suture your drains in to keep them in place? Mine are so they cant fall out on their own (i wish they would though!!). Anyway, one is hardly draining & the other is still putting out 50-65cc's over 24hrs. Ugh! I can't wait for them to come out.

I havent had my surgery yet but my doctor said he would take the drains out after 7 days
