Outpatient or overnight stay?
 

I am planning to have a "mommy makeover" which, in my case, is breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. My surgeon is recommending an overnight stay. Is this normal standard operating procedure, or do patients sometimes go home after the surgery? I think I'd be more comfortable in my own bed - and saving the $900 overnight fee isn't bad, either.
