7 weeks out from Tummy Tuck and in Pain
 

Hi- I know they say this procedure can take 4-6 months if not longer to completly heal but I am still in horrible pain. The first week after the procedure everything was fine, and in fact so was the following 2 weeks- it wasnt until I slowly tried to go back to my normal everyday life that things got rough. I sit in a cube all day at work, but still am so sore and hurt where the incisioin is. I also had lypo on waist and hips, breast lift, and augmentation....ok ..mommy makeover got me...Is anyone else still in this much pain? Do you blow up and get swollen at the end of the day? This is hard and curious if anyone went thru this and maybe what the threshold is when you began to feel better

Hi Not sure if this is old or not however if you are still in that much pain and have alot of swelling I would say you are over doing it. You need to take it easy. Also are you taking 2 tyenol everyone 4-6 hours to reduce swelling? Put your feet up and drink ice cold water. This has helped me as I had my tummy tuck with lipo on October 21st and I swear my the water and no salty foods. Even now when i have over done it, i feel extremly bloated and sore, so i take some tyenol and drink water and put my feet up. I usually end up going to sleep. i hope this helps.
