6 Weeks Post Op Tummy Tuck: Having Fears, Please Help! I am a month and a half/ 6 weeks post-op after a mini tummy tuck and lipo in my abdomen and flanks. I had lost over 60 pounds between 2005 and 2006 and this left me with sagging skin in the front. My frame is naturally thin, but I gained quite a bit of weight in high school. When I gain weight, it always goes right to my stomach area. I also have eating problems in the sense that I'll have something and then I get in the habit of eating it all the time. This is good and bad. Usually I eat extremely healthy foods, but other times I'm eating fattening foods. After years of debating and research I finally decided to get surgery to remove the extra skin. The surgery went great and I had an amazing doctor. Now that I'm post-op, I've noticed that my eating habits were back to normal and I was getting into the one track mind of bad foods. I FINALLY have myself on a healthy diet and I'm noticing my stomach seems to have slightly loose skin again. It's nothing compared to what I used to have but I fear that this may have given me an irreversible bit of sagging skin again and I'm just so upset with myself. I know it is still too early to be sure, but I can't help but think this has brought on sagging skin that will not shrink back. If this is the case, can a person get a second mini tummy tuck? My abdomen is still swollen from my belly button down to my scar and this will of course take time to lessen, but I want to know about the possibility of a second tummy tuck so I can prepare for it. I'm embarrassed to bring it up during my next doctor visit and want an opinion beforehand.
