Default 6 Weeks Post Op Tummy Tuck: Having Fears, Please Help!

I am a month and a half/ 6 weeks post-op after a mini tummy tuck and lipo in my abdomen and flanks. I had lost over 60 pounds between 2005 and 2006 and this left me with sagging skin in the front. My frame is naturally thin, but I gained quite a bit of weight in high school. When I gain weight, it always goes right to my stomach area. I also have eating problems in the sense that I'll have something and then I get in the habit of eating it all the time. This is good and bad. Usually I eat extremely healthy foods, but other times I'm eating fattening foods. After years of debating and research I finally decided to get surgery to remove the extra skin. The surgery went great and I had an amazing doctor. Now that I'm post-op, I've noticed that my eating habits were back to normal and I was getting into the one track mind of bad foods. I FINALLY have myself on a healthy diet and I'm noticing my stomach seems to have slightly loose skin again. It's nothing compared to what I used to have but I fear that this may have given me an irreversible bit of sagging skin again and I'm just so upset with myself. I know it is still too early to be sure, but I can't help but think this has brought on sagging skin that will not shrink back. If this is the case, can a person get a second mini tummy tuck? My abdomen is still swollen from my belly button down to my scar and this will of course take time to lessen, but I want to know about the possibility of a second tummy tuck so I can prepare for it. I'm embarrassed to bring it up during my next doctor visit and want an opinion beforehand.

Any feedback would be helpful.

You should exercise and take proper diet to maintain your weight otherwise you have undergo another surgery to remove excess tissues.
