I just had my tummy tuck and arm lift in Mexico in July by Dr. Niebles. He did an AWESOME job. Then, two weeks ago, I returned to him and had my breast implants replaced anwith a mini lift. And, again...they are PERFECT! I will send before and after pictures to anyone who sends me an email address. (Sorry, I will not post publicly.)
I never felt unsafe going there. The facility picked me up from the San Diego airport and returned me there. The facility is small and very quiet. Only 4 private rooms. I will def be returning next year for a little nip/tuck on the old face!
