7 days post-op

I am 7 days post-op and doing great.. up and about and feeling well but when I touch my tummy and right about my belly button there is this funny feeling things and kind of painful when I touch it. I have one drain tube left but I looked online where that goes to and its not above my belly. So what is this? Anyone?
