| I am doing well, a lot better this week than last, thats for sure! I am still swollen in my tummy area, and my breasts are pretty sore, especially by the end of the day, but I am seeing the swelling go down in my thighs, my husband says they are slimming up alot . I am just past 3 weeks post op, so I think I am trying to push myself to recover too quickly. I am really an impatient person, waiting for the final results is tough. Plus, I am having a hard time dealing with the fact that I can't do everything I need to do with the kids' activities, plus clean the house, and cook dinner, without being exausted, sore and swollen by the end of the day . I don't like not being able to do everything by myself, and I am the last person to ask for help. The kids go back to school one week from today, kinda looking forward to that. |

| Thanks Sherri for sharing such details with us - its very reassuring to get the details when they are so fresh for you and it sounds better than others have told me so I am less scared now.
Did you have Csections at all with the kids? If so how does it comare for you?
Keep up the excellent work!! |

| I did not have c-sections with any of the kids, so I had nothing to compare to, I have never had any type of surgery before this, and this was some pretty major surgery I think, but it was not as bad as I was fearing, just a longer healing process than I hoped for. |

| I am loving my results. I am just past 6 weeks post op now, pressure garment free, and pretty much able to do anything I feel up to. I do feel swollen just a little in the belly area at the end of a long day but other than that feeling good! My husband loves my thighs the best, I had a lot of lipo done on the inner and outer thighs. He says I am getting skinny, thats the best! I was not over weigh before, but I had a lot of those fatty areas that I just couldnt get rid of before, and now most of them are gone, so in the end the weeks of recovery and feeling down at times are well worth it! |

| anyone else use a pain pump? Ladies, my doctor insisted I use the On-Q Pain Pump and it was the best thing ever! I felt that the pain was way less than my two c-sections and I never felt drugged or out of it. No. I don't work for on-q or anything. Just felt it made the surgery a lot more bearable. |

Hmmm...... | Hi, My name is Jenn and I am 2 1/2 months post op from having a tummy tuck with lipo done. I am 29 with two children, and I am like you, I wanted to be up and running around with a couple of weeks but I will have to tell you, You will not be driving in 2 weeks. Sometimes it take a week to 2 weeks before the drains even come out. You will need to have your husband around you in order to move. Don't have a recliner, get one. It will hurt to cough and to move. You will be hunched over for a while. I returned back to work after 4 weeks. I also pushed myself to recover. I would get up and walk to the bathroom and back and start turning from side to side just to get the feeling of what I can and couldn't do. If you would like to talk more I would be happy to jdm832002@gmail.com and I will give you my home number. i don't regret a moment of it and it certainly depends on the surgeon you have. The surgeon makes a world of difference.
Good luck!

| Consultation scheduled for 23rd Hello everybody!! I'm new here and am hoping to gain some information that will make me less "afraid"
I have wanted to have a TT, Lipo and breast reduction/lift for many years but have always been too afraid of the recovery pain to actually go through with it. I have finally scheduled a consultation for Jan. 23rd and am hoping to have the surgery by the 15th of February.
I've had two c-sections, how does this compare?
Thanks!!
