Default Tummy Tuck or Lower Body Lift?

I lost 96 lbs. with a VSG surgery. I am now at my goal weight and looking into lifting some of this loose skin. I am 5'1" and I weigh 105 lbs. I have been to a few plastic sureons for a consutation. Most are telling me to get a TT. One said that a mini TT would be enought, another told me I should not even consider a mini and only an extended TT would give me good results. A third told me that I am a perfect candidate for a lower body lift. I am so confused. I do have sagging skin on my butt and thights, but it is minimal and the scar seems like it would be horrible. How do I make this desicion? All of the doctors have told me that I need a BL, I am a somewhat saggy 32DDD. One doctor told me I wold do great with just a BL with internal restructuring of the breast and two others said, it would not last and I should get a BL and BA. The more I ask, the more confused I become. What do you all think?

Well, what I think is that the surgeon recommending a lower body lift might be doing it for greed! You have one surgeon telling you that a mini tummy tuck will do and that tells us a lot! If you are alright with the butt and thighs then I wouldn't touch them. Were all three of the surgeons reputable and board certified?

My friend has lost 150 lbs after her lap band. She will need 5 surgeries. She already had both arms lifted. Now she needs a tummy tuck, butt lift, thigh lifts and breast reduction with implants. It all depends on how saggy your skin is, what your goals are as to how you want to look (in a suimsuit?) and how much money you have to spend.

Good luck!

I think I would perform a lower body Lift and tummy tuck to obtain a good contour.
