Rose is on a distinguished road

Red face Tummy tuck, breast lift with augmentation at the same time

I am looking for recommendations for a plastic surgeon in Northern California who is an expert in doing these two procedures together. I have lost 97 lbs. in a very short time and my skin is hanging all over the place. My weight has now stabalized at 106 lbs. I am 5'1". I would also love to do a mini arm lift. It would be my preference to do all the work at once, but I would split is up if the results would be better. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I am really looking for an artist. If you have any recomendations for me, I would really appreciate them. Although a nice temperment in my doctor would be great, I am not looking for a best friend, just an amazing surgeon.

Thank you,
Rose

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your weight loss!!!

Feel free to PM me for recommendations. I'm not sure if I would do both or all procedures simultaneously.

How long has your weight been stabilized at 106 pounds?

Hi,
My weight has been somewhat stable for about three months. I keep lossing a pound or so a month, but I really can't imagine a bounce back as I have no malaborption and I have to fight just to keep the weight from slipping any further. I am no longer looking at a mini arm lift, as they do not seem to offer enough change to be worth it in my opinion. I am not a good candidate for a full arm lift as there is not enough skin to justify the scar. At this point, I am looking for a BL/BA or or possibly just a BL with autoagmentation. I am a 32DDD naturally, but there is not upper fullness and I have moderate drooping. I am also looking into a TT or a lower Body Lift. Different doctors tell me to do one or the other. It is very confusing. Thank you for your reply.

You might want to submit some photos to detemine if you need a full body lift or a tummy tuck. Do you have a lot of excess skin? If so, have you considered getting a panniculetomy?
