davidgros is on a distinguished road

A tummy tuck is the classical surgery to treat the problem of lax tissues in the abdomen especially if it is due to relaxation of skin and fat tissues. These tissues lose their elasticity due to overstretching in pregnancy or excessive weight gain-loss cycles. Further, the muscles on either side of the midline may get separated from one another [silently] during pregnancy; resulting in a big-bulge in the central area*. Exercise routines are unsuccessful in correcting these problems; in fact exercise does nothing to the skin tone or lack of elasticity; it only improves muscle tone.
