Read my reply to you about Dr. Del Vecchio. This surgeon appears somewhat more reputable vs. Del Vecchio, and not because his site states that he has "been under the hot lights" with talk show hosts.
I have heard he has a lot of experience from a colleague of mine, which should always be a patient concern. She did not end up using him, as she found another surgeon she preferred to Sevinor.
Why does his site seem questionable to you? I do not like the fact that he literally has one patient he uses for a plethora of before and afters, and nothing more. The model looks like she might have visited the doc one too many times. I do not see any thigh lift photos as well.
Like I said in my other response to you, iteach, the internet can only show you so much. Meeting with the surgeon can be a really eye opening experience (and I don't mean blepharoplasty ... haha!). Meet with many surgeons. Utilize their expertise to enhance your vision, but do not cave in if their approach is overly aggressive, or if they make you feel uncomfortable. Do not allow additional surgeries because of their "expert opinion". Usually "expert opinion" means they want to add a wing to their home or their wife just had a baby. However, if they do point something out to you that could be beneficial be open minded.
Good luck!!!
