Which surgery can remove fat from thighs and inject into lean part of my body

Hey Guys’

I’m looking for a right surgery which can remove fat from thighs and inject into lean part of my body. Actually I have excess fat on my thigh, due to which I can’t sit hour’s at one place .So, I want to remove this much fat. Is miami fat transfer surgery helpful for me?
