How To Avoid Thigh Lift Scars

What are the best ways to prevent thigh lift scars and treat existing ones?

What recovery tips should you know before the thigh lift surgery?

This would be done in combination with my tummy tuck if I do it. I want to know any tips and advice from women that have already gone through with this surgery. My goal is to avoid the thigh lift scars completely. Thank you.

With thigh lift scars (or any other type of scars for that matter) the reality is that if the post-op recovery goes as expected and there are no complications, then probably 80 to 90% of it has to do with the patients skin type. Some people scar horribly, some people hardly do at all. So I don't think it's something you can control a lot.

I know most plastic surgeons say you should cut out vitamin E in the weeks before surgery and avoid it after. Some also recommend using silicone scar creams or silicone scar sheets starting a few weeks after surgery, but those things don't work for everybody.

How do you scar usually? That's probably the best prediction as to how your thigh lift scars will end up. But, avoiding them completely is not possible.

May and planning to do thigh lift as i have sagging in the inner thigh and little sagging from outer thigh. i heard is vertical scar is bad as it's get wide and it's visible as the horizontal scar which will be in the bikini area so it's not visible and usually its good scar.

You can use vitamin E ointments and creams, silicone tapes, massage, and laser therapy to remove scar after surgery.

I agree with him.
