Cool

I think best acne treatment is a diet that will help the body eliminate waste; if you're eating the standard American diet (SAD) it'll be reflected in your skin. Essential fatty acids are particularly important to people with inflammatory conditions such as eczema and acne. When your liver gets overloaded with toxins it'll send the toxins out through your skin as well as other organs of elimination.so be careful diet side and more than 6 to 8 glass drink the water.Water is very helpful of our skin.

I'd suggest you about natural treatment, not product. You should take great care to wash daily with a natural soap.Avoid, as far as possible, consuming foods like red meat, cakes, pastries, cookies, pizzas, colas, etc., that are invariably rich in saturated/hydrogenated fats and/or in sugar.

All of the suggestions above can be highly beneficial, however, instead of wasting time, money, energy, and possibly making your skin worse, why not see a dermatologist? In the meantime the aforementioned suggestions can help, but when in doubt, take it to the pros!
