Default Skin Care Tips And Tricks Anyone?

There's all those old wives tails about washing your face in milk and oatmeal or some other non sense. Does anyone know of any secrets that truly work?

Default anti aging

Many of us suffer from pimples and blackheads and they really mar facial appearance. With age these problems worsen your appearance. A simple home made remedy for this is applying a mixture that’s made up of equal quantities of glycerine, lime juice and rose water on the skin before going to sleep. It’s quite effective!

Default copper peptides

Are you familiar with copper peptides for skin care? They have been using them since the 90's and I'm not going to personally vouch for their effectiveness because honestly I don't know or not but I do know they have remained popular so there must be something to them. I remember about a decade ago they were all the rage when Oil of Olay (before they changed their name to just Olay) started using them in their creams. They would heavily advertise it. But my take on it is is that there is no single ingredient that will produce miracles, whether it's copper peptides or something else. My take on it is that you need a combination of as many antioxidants and vitamins as possible. Whether they all work or not who knows. But my approach is you throw in everything but the kitchen sink and whatever works, works. It may not be the smartest technique but I figure we can't be wrong with all of them.
