how I can remove stains of a dog teeth from leg?

Hey guys,

I intend to know that a dog bite me ,so I have stain of his teeth on my left leg ,please tell me what I do for this scars, how I can remove stains of his teeth from my leg. My Aunt suggests me to consult miami plastic surgeon.Still I want your suggestions. Please let me know.
