Help - Halo Nevi
 

I have had a helo nevus (circular ring of unpigmented skin) on the middle of my chest for about 10 years - i've tried permanent makeup on it and it did not work - all it did really was turn it a tad bit darker, which is definitely better than the pure white. It is located dead center on my chest. It is a little smaller than the size of a quarter and bothers me very much. Any tips/guidance would be much appreciated.
