What are the drawbacks to getting Invisalign?

Hello all,
I'm considering Invisalign. I've also looked into traditional braces (I had them about 20 years ago and don't want a metal mouth again). Does anyone have any endorsements or cautions about Invisalign? Also I want some info about miami invisalign.

The invisalign not the best solution for Severely rotated teeth. The teeth rooted from their normal position more than 20 degrees.
