How long should recovery take after toe nail removal?
 

Hello,
I had my toe nail removed due to fungus. Half of the nail was not attached, so the doctor removed the entire nail. I've been reading up on a few forums where people say that pain should last up to 2 days. However, my toe still hurts. When I try to walk it gets really tight and painful. The doctor didn't tell me to do any special after treatments. He only said that I had to put on some fungus cream once the nail is growing. Should my toe still be hurting? Please help!!
