With acne, it makes sense that "E-visits" would work as long as clear photos are sent to the doctor, but for diagnosing a cold or flu, I don't know if an E-visit would do

People are relying too heavily on e-visits, online consultations, morphs, PS projection images, etc. The computer enhanced imagery is definitely not accurate and should not be used as the end all be all.

Oh yes the warps for sure... those are not at all accurate for rhinoplasty! They are good though to make sure you and your surgeon are on the same page as to what you're aiming for (but whether or not the surgeon has the skill to do that is a totally different story).
