I'm 4 months post-op for breast implants and have developed some nasty scars under the fold of my breasts. I really want to get rid of them because there's no point in having nice jugs if it means I am going to have to live with this disgusting scarring.

Can I sue the doctor for causing these? He did not warn me they would be this bad so I want to take him to court.

What are my options out there to treat these scars? Are there any good scar remover creams that are effective?

It usually takes much longer than 4 months for scars to heal from breast implants. Are they forming into keloid scars?

Scarring is often a normal part of the process, so legal action would probably get you nowhere, unless they are so profound and exaggerated. You most likely signed a form acknowledging that scarring may occur.

You should be using a topical like Mederma.

As I stated before I disagree with ALL liability being taken off the surgeons, but the reason they put these clauses in is due to sue happy people with unreasonable expectations. I intend to personally investigate this matter further, because if a surgeon really does mess up (and we're not discussing a little issue ... we are discussing people's BODIES and appearances), he or she SHOULD hold some extent of the liability for his or her mistakes.
