I have burn scars on my lips. I was told recell wasn't an option because this area is susceptible to infections. Does anyone know if I have any options for the scarring?

Difficult to correct with conventional treatments - usually you will need repeated mild procedures for just the reason you say. Some injections may soften things up. Hard to answer here - but in general you do have options (http://www.laserpeel.org).
