Anyways, as a child a fish hook got caught in my cheek and i really want it removed since i'm going through all this hassle of keeping my skin young and healthy.

I'm either gonna go with laser scar removal/microderm or a skin flap/graft or possibly permanent fillers.I've been told my beset options would be a temporary filler like Juvederm XC and move up to a more permenant solution once i feel more confindent. I'm not 100 percent sure on what's an easy, permanent and safe for long term skin care solution.

That's why i would love to get your suggestions on both what to do and a good plastic surgeon in the Boston or Chicago area, so i can start to shop around and get consulted. My budget is around 1000-2000$.
