Best sutures for facial lacerations/cuts?
 

If you have a cut to the face should you use the half-buried vertical mattress sutures? are there any times when it would be better to use a different type of suture or the half-buried vertical mattress should not be used?

also would I be able to get rid of a scar to the face? and how much would this usually cost?
