Busted Lips
 

got punched on the lips a few months back(5 months ago). It puffed up real bad when it got hit but now it subsided. However, whenever i try to smile, my top left side of my lips wont lift up to smile to be symmetrical with my right side. When i try to lift up lips up (using my facial muscles, not with my fingers etc), only my right side will come up. Left side does not follow. When i pinch that area, there i can feel scar tissue inside my lips. Or is it that my nerves are dead and wont respond?

Can i get surgery done to be normal again?
