Question How much wider will my scar become?

Hello,
I am a 22-year old girl with a white skin (normal skintype).
I am here to ask a question about the scar as a result of my scar excision which I had 92 days ago.
It's on my right underarm, 10 cm long. The lower half is 1-2 mm, and the upper half is 3-5 mm wide.
It is a normal, non-hypertrofic scar (I'm using NewGel+ silicon strips and pressure dressing to prevent the formation of a hypertrofic scar, like I had before).
In the excision before this last one (in total I got 3 scar excisions), the case was that after the same period of 3 months after-surgery, my scar had become a hypertrofical scar, from which the lower half was 3-7 mm, and the upper half was 10-12 mm wide. Around that time I was using flat Mepiform strips which, in my opinion, haven't helped at all.
Anyway, after a year that hypertrofical scar was developed into a for the lower half was 4-9 mm, and for the upper half 10-16 mm wide awful and unsightly thing which really affected my self esteem. The width really was the biggest problem for me.
16 1/2 months after this 'failed' operation, the plastic surgerist decided to do one last excision, hoping that, because of less tension, the new scar would turn out to look a lot better. At first he didn't want to do it, but I kind of begged him to do it, so in the end he agreed.

It's really important for me that, after this third operation, my scar will turn out to be acceptable.
That's why I barely dare to move my arm now, afraid that this will make the scar widen like that again.
Even now, 3 months after my last operation, I am still wearing a splint around my arm and am I trying to move it as less as possible (so in fact, I don't have a life neither do I have a summer vacation now).
But since I will start my new school in a week, I can't go on like this any longer!

Based on the picture I attached in this question, the measurement and the fact that my scar this time is a 'normal' one, can I be reassured that my scar won't get any wider at this point?
Can you please tell me, based on your experience/knowledge, what you think the futher development will be?
From now on, can I do anything with my arm without worrying it will effect the scar in a negative way?

I would like to append that, after the excision I had before this one, I started using the NewGel+ strips just 6 months after surgery (already too late) after which the scar became flatter, but also a lot wider.
I am assuming that the silicon strips caused that this RAISED hypertrofic scar became a flat but also more WIDE scar, since I think the mass of the scar in height had to go somewhere. Is this true?
And does this mean that, for my scar is already flat now, that I don't have to worry about my scar to widen again?

If a specialist could tell me what he/she THINKS will happen, I would fell less worried and maybe I will be able to focus on my new study somemore, like I would wish to do!
Thank you so much in advance!
Nina

Picture 1: scar 3 months after second surgery
(3 months before I started using silicone strips)

Picture 2: scar 1 year and 1 month after second surgery
(I assume it got widen because of the silicon strips? Don't mind the middle pen stroke - the outer two penstrokes are the borders of the scar!)

Picture 3: scar yesterday, 91 days after surgery
(using silicone strips + pressure dressing starting 3 weeks after surgery).
(Redness around the scar is caused by silicone strip - cut shorter to 2.5 cm x 12 cm and skin impirints are caused by the pressure dressing)
Twice as thin as the scar from previous operation after the same amount of time and flat, whereas the scar from picture 1 was still very busy raising.
