Why do you think you need rhinoplasty?

If possible post your thoughts on this in the rhinoplasty section on the forum.

How did I miss this post? This program seems pretty nifty ;)

But I don't think computer simulations are a good representation of what someone will look like after plastic surgery. This is especially true with rhinoplasty... if only it were that easy!
