I was told that bulbous tip rhinoplasty is more difficult to perform than it is for a regular nose. I am of Polish descent and as goes with the territory my nose tip is very bulky to put it nicely!
I have not had a nose job yet and want to make sure it will be something that will improve my nose, not make it worse. I must say after browsing this forum I am reluctant to go any further! There is no way at all I can afford to have a revision surgery and that's why I really need to MAKE SURE
the doctor does it right the first time. Do I have unrealistic expectations or should I count on a revision being likely?
If it's any help I am a 20 y/o female that is an average weight. I would consider myself attractive EXCEPT for my nose. It really looks out of place on my face and takes attention away from everything else. I always knew since I was a little girl that my bulbous tip was the one thing about myself I didn't like and would eventually want to change. That someday is today and I am ready to go through with rhinoplasty if the chances for a good outcome are high. If it is a harder operation I would like to know what it is that makes it more difficult. SINCERE THANKS FOR ANY HELP/INPUT/ADVICE!
