This explains alot. I have never had nose surgery but I was on Roaccutane 6 years ago in my late teens and I was sure that the cartilidge at the tip of my nose extended and drooped. I guess I was right and it was the result of Roaccutane.
Yes, there are a number of rhinoplasty Accutane side effects that can result in permanent problems. In my opinion it is best to avoid accutane 24 months before and 24 months after the surgery (so 4 years total). At the very minimum, 18 months before and after (3 years total).
