Revision Rhinoplasty Los Angeles?
Who's best for revision rhinoplasty in Los Angeles? I had a primary surgery done by a doctor in Beverly Hills and after the swelling went down (6 to 12 months post op) the cartilage didn't look right at all. My nose is crooked and on top of that I lost a ton of money I spent on it.

Does anyone have an recommendations for great revision rhinoplasty surgeons? You see I'm not impressed by doctors who just go all out with their PR to get business. I know the best doctors don't need to do all that because they have word of mouth marketing.

There is hope! His name is Val Lambros. He saved my life. He is excellent with fillers. He took my demolished nose and made it look better than it ever has for less than $800. I went into his office sobbing and his skill and wonderful dry compassion and encouragement were just what I needed. Then I was able to make dr. Apts with every surgeon possible and show them the pictures of before the fillers and tell them I wanted it to permanently look like it did at that time, so there was NO CONFUSION! I'm sorry for your situation, I know how it feels. You are in my thoughts. Hang in there, it'll work out. It will. Feel free to e-mail me.

Val Lambros is a plastic surgeon located in Newport Beach. Therefore it can be assumed the poster meant $8,000 instead of $800.

Sounds like a promotional post. That happens a lot unfortunately. Heed forum posters' recommendations carefully.

Avoid Ellenbogen!

What I don't understand is why a revision nose job costs as much as it does. These doctors must be minting a fortune with how much they charge! There's no reason why they should cost as much as they do.

Ellenbogen has a terrible reputation for removing the structures of the nose. Please do a thorough search on the web for details. He in infamous.

Advice for Moderator
Dear Robyn,
You have never met with any of the surgeons here on this forum. You think you know a lot about them but you may not know much! Yet you are giving advice to people based on just some gossip info. You need to go and meet with each surgeon personally if you want to be helpful. Otherwise your advice here is potentially harmful to the readers. As a moderator, you should probably moderate discussions without your opinions about particular surgeons. It is unfair to both the people who come to communicate here and to the surgeons.

Wrong advice is worse than no advice.

I have met with surgeons mentioned on the forum as well as worked closely with many of them. If I do not know them I reveal that. Ask the countless members how many hours I have spent providing them with valid recommendations.

I do not get paid for the input I give on this site. Originally I was a regular information contributing member, however, part of the reason why I was made a moderator is because I am direct and am truthful about my valid inside knowledge. I do what I do here to assist others. I do not want to see this site sell out like all the rest. People deserve to have a place to turn to and/or ask questions without personal agenda, especially on the part of greedy and dishonest surgeons.

You should've PM'd me first, prior to attempting to defame me. I am a credible medical professional, who takes pride in my work, as well as helping others.

All my best,

Robyne helped a lot of people.
Hi Karina,

How dare you say this!!! If you look closely and read clearly previous posts you will clearly notice that Robyne helped a lot of people. In my opinion this person is highly dedicated, and believe me nowadays it is highly difficult to meet dedicated people, and Robney has a lot of experience and I believe more than you do...You have no rights jumping on this person like this. I can see that most prob you are one of those whalewhores who loves fattening your bank account!! We are here to learn from each other and a comment like yours, Karina, would not allow others to learn and make good choices...Have you had good experiences with particular surgeons???If so could you post your pics (of before & after) on this forum together with a copy of an identity card to verify that you are showing your own real pics. Viewing your pics would absolutely help us to learn from your experiences and help us...Remember that there are actually patients unhappy and some even disfigured because of particular practices by particular surgeons especially when a lot of money is involved, and what is wrong to learn from particular experiences. I guess you, Karina, would never want to be in the shoes of one of those unfortunate who were less informed to have particualr procedures by particular surgeons.
