MissBekka is on a distinguished road

Default I need info on Doctors!

I live in the US and am willing to travel anywhere within the US to have the perfect little button nose. Right now it is quite the beak, and my chin is also underdeveloped. I'm considering neck lipo too (I'm 24, 5'4", and 110 lbs, but it seems the fat under my chin just won't go away! I've never had a problem with weight but it doesn't take much for me to have a double chin)
Anyway, total, I don't want to spend more than $7-8000. For just the nose and chin, Denenberg, out of Omaha, NE, (who was my first choice) quoted me at almost $15,000. WOW! My next choice was Anil Shah out of Chicago, IL, but as I started to ask questions about him and look at his work a little closer, I see he's more "conservative" and likes to go for the "natural" look. That is NOT what I want. I want to preserve NOTHING about my nose. I want nothing to be the same. I want a totally different look, like a cute Doutzen Kroes nose, or a Katerina Smirnova nose. Mine is rigid and bony looking from the front. It starts slim, gets wider, gets slimmer again, then gets wide at the tip again. From the side, it is very long, and at the 3/4 angle, I have a dorsal hump. My next choice was a doc in California. Dr. Grigoryants. I emailed him on Friday and still haven't heard from him. I'm sure he's a busy guy, and I've heard rave reviews on him, but I heard he's quite spendy like Denenberg. So back to square one. I'm really considering Srour, even though he had his license revoked, it was only once and it was back in 2000. He's been in practice for 40 years (huge plus!) and after 40 years of practice, of course some haters are going to be mad at you and try messing everything up for you. There's going to be a few dissatisfied people, even if you're the best at what you do. I really like his work, and like I said, his revocation was over a decade ago. You can learn a lot in 14 years! I saw a few great reviews on him, the one was a revision, and the lady only had to pay $4000, which is the cheapest I've ever seen a revision cost! Mine's a primary so maybe I can get a discount too? She said she just asked! And she's SOOOO happy with her new nose - I think it looks great too! Tell me he's not too good to be true? I haven't found much else on him and I'm afraid he's paying people to write good reviews... I found him on America Top 10 site for California's Top 10 plastic surgeons. He took 5th place while Grigoryants took 8th. But again, might be paid. OR, there really are that many people happy with his work, and, unlike negative reviewers who are always the first people to write something, don't feel the need to write anything because they're not unhappy. No news is good news, right? I also feel that he might be great at what he does and the fact that he was revoked 14 years ago might deter a lot of people. That might be why his price is so low, and maybe that's why he doesn't have many reviews either. I just don't feel 100% about him, but maybe I will after the consultation? Does anybody else have any other suggestions, as far as doctors go? I wish shopping for doctors was like shopping for cars - just put in your price range, your location, how far you're willing to travel, etc... and sort either in alphabetical order, relevance, by reviews, or by distance. Ah, they should invent one of those
