Need some advice ...
 

1. I've heard there are specific operations for specific areas on your nose you want revised; what would I be categorized as? (nostrils are too wide and round, piggy slightly upturned).

2. Would all of my surgery be done all at once?

3. Anyone know plastic surgeons in AK? (good ones)

4. Is 6 - 8 grand a fair budget?

Yes everything is done at once but they can't narrow your nostrils that's not really possible. They can do things to make them appear narrower but they won't actually be.

$6-8k unfortunately is on the low end. I hear $15k is the norm.

Do NOT do all surgeries at once! The doctor will cut a deal if you do but in order to get the best results the surgeon needs to be able to judge an area in relation to others on your face.

Rhinoplasty in Alaska? You have a beautiful state but let's just say the place is not know for its medical facilities. Nor is any place so small and remote. You need to be in a big city.
