I'm interested in a nose job, but i'm not sure where to start?

Basically I'm posting this for help. I've got the worse nose. It's like, WAY too big for my face. I'll post a couple pictures of it here in a second. It's like, full at the tip, and it looks like it's been smooshed in. I'm not sure what else would look better on me though, so how do you figure that out? And how much does a nose job cost regularly? Is there anything I should look out for and are there any high risks? What do you think they can do to fix it?http://i576.photobucket.com/albums/s...3240239409.jpg

Thanks, I appreciate all of your help.

Well from the side it looks like the profile of your nose is good. I see what you mean about the tip but by no means feel that nasal tips need to be narrow. Everyone has their own unique look.
