Did rhinoplasty but have slanted nose

Hello, I am a 17 year old boy. I did my rhinoplasty and also removed 2 polyps at the same time around 1 month ago. I asked the doctor to move down the hump to make it look straight and move the tip a little higher. I also asked the doctor to move my nose which slanted to the left to make it symmetrical. Unfortunatley the surgeon said that one side of my face was smaller than the other side and that it had shifted a bit. The reason for this shift I think was because i removed a tooth when I was a child and did not wear braces or do an implant so my upper teeth has also moved to the left in its place. At first after the surgery my nose looked pretty symmetrical, but now it's slanted back to normal. I really want to know what I can do to straighten my nose because it lowers my confidence a lot. If I wear braces will it be back to normal? I really need help, Thanks.

Sorry! Not sure about what you think is the reason! I would suggest consulting another Plastic surgeon for second opinion. You may require another rhinoplasty or a revision rhinoplasty surgery, which can address the issue. I know a surgeon here in Toronto and i will get back to you after discussing with him.
