Dorsal hump shape
 

I seen a few surgeons and two of them suggested that by removing the large dorsal hump i have leave a subtle bump on the bridge and a supra tip break. I dont really fancy the supratip break.
Can I ask is it possible to just have a dead straight dorsal hump? I went to Transform (yes i know) and I askged him and he said having a straight one is not possible. I dont really want any type of supratip break although a slight bump on the bridge i dont mind. I just feel by having any sort of supratip break my nose will look more feminine at the tip than i desire as i still prefer to have some convexity in my dorsal hump.BacklinksVault
