Hi!

I've done some discreet breast enhancing and also done a very small lip enlargement.

I'm quite satisfied with my look - exept my face. I think my nose are too wide, or what do you think? It's hard to be objective on my own look. Maybe it's something else and I don't want to go and do a risky nose surgery and that's not going to do anything good for my look at all... Maybe cheek implants can make my face look more feminine?

These things are embarrassing to talk to friends and family too, and they won't be objective either. Please help?

I think a primary rhinoplasty can help you with this. I doesn't have any serious ill effects associated with it and it is purely safe to perform. I did one last month and show nothing to worry about. It provide me a dashing look with my perfectly shaped nose. I am so happy with this.
