I had my nose splint removed after 5 days and the dr showed me how to tape at night. He said to do this for 4 weeks and keep applying vaseline on inner nostrils. I had open procedure.

Can you share your experiences about taping and aftercare? Is this usual? He did say I only have to do it at night, or if staying home all day. I am so scared not to follow orders exactly that I am obsessing if I am doing it right.
