I'm young, but I can't stand the way I look. I think a nose job would greatly improve my appearance. Of course I'd have this operation done when I'm a bit older, but I doubt my appearance would change much in the coarse of a few years. Is it a nose job I should be focusing on or is it something else? What are the risk involved with nose surgery?
