Good east coast rhino surgeons?
 

Just out of curiosity for those living on the East Coast - who do you prefer or recommend the most for rhinoplasty?

I've heard Dr. Pearlman and Dr. Pastorek are great docs in NYC. However be careful who you choose. If your nose is a hard case (and it sounds like it is). Mine was a bit crooked from being broken and now that I've had surgery it's even more crooked and bumpy. In fact I now wear glasses instead of contacts for the first time just to try and conceal it. I just opened up a new card to pay for a real doctor to fix this mess I have.

there's a great guy in jersey dr. becker that i've heard about but then again he's also one of those surgeons that looks like he spends a ton of $$$$ on marketing so do your research on him.
