Roy David Amir? (need help/pictures included)
 

Has anyone had surgery by Dr. Roy David, or known anyone who's had surgery by him? He's in La Jolla San Diego, and has been on my list since the very beginning. I have an ethnic nose with a small bump and slightly bulbous tip. I've never liked my nose because in pictures it always has turned out looking like a blob. Point in case:

His pictures look good, and he seems to have a lot of skill. His website says he does up to 15 rhinoplasties a month; I've scoured the internet and found nothing but good (believable/non advertising) reviews, and only a couple of bad ones.

I am also considering Solieman and Litner and Amir Karam, all in the Southern CA area. Does anyone have any advice? I would greatly appreciate it.

I am highly impressed by the CV of Dr. Karam, he seems to be highly qualified and has right credentials to pull of the kind of surgery you desire. But you must ask some of his former patients to be sure.
