I think they both look very nice, but in their own way. The first one I think looks more manly. The second one makes your face look slimmer, which is also good. Over all I think I prefer the first one.

The left pic is me the way I am now. I photoshopped the right pic to see what I´d kinda look like after plastic surgery.

I want to get a nose job, chin implant and cheek implants.

I think a chin implant would look good, but I honestly don't think you need the other things based on the picture. What is it about your nose and cheeks that you don't like?

My nose is kinda crooked and too big IMO.

I also want high cheekbones because think it´ll make my face more attractive and masculine looking.
