Default 10 days post op, pain getting worse?

Hi Everyone,

I had rhinoplasty (and septoplasty) 10 days ago. I've got the big crescent moon bruises under my puffy eyes, my face is puffy all over. The left side has actually gone down a bit (hello again, cheekbone!) but the right side of my face is still very puffy. The left side of my nose also has some feeling back but the right is stiff and numb and actually very sore. In fact the cartilage on the right side is very swollen, so much that the nostril looks raised.

What I'm wondering about is if it's normal for the right side to feel like it's getting more and more sore? I know it can take a while for things to begin feeling normal, but is it ok that it hurts so much if i move the tip just a tiny bit? I felt with my pinky and the cartilage is very swollen.

**I took my antibiotics like clockwork post op, and only used polysporin while it was crusting, but I'm still a little worried about some sort of an infection. I had no stitches that were removed (no external incisions anywhere.) My 1 week post op appointment went fine.
