Kotler Airway System

Hello everybody and thank you for being here!

I am considering having rhynoplasty and my biggest fear is not being able to breathe at all through my nose during recovery( I am claustrophobic ). But I heard about the Kotler Airway System, which are basically two very thin tubes placed in the nostrils to allow you breathe freely post op.

Has anyone had this done? Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks a lot!

I had stents, which were tubes up my nose, and for the most part, I was able to breathe normally the whole time.
