Hi there

Im 26 and run my own very successful business.

I've never liked my nose - can you tell me if there is anything I can do to make it look better? I don't mind the front aspect too much, but I don't like the side aspect about how big it looks, how the nostrils are visible and how straight the top edge is...

Is there anything that can be done simply or would it be a big job to correct what I don't like, or am I being a complete dick and don't have a problem? Money isn't an issue.

Any help would be great!

I honestly don't think you need anything done. If you wanted to fix the tip, it would be pretty minor surgery. I wouldn't do anything to the bone itself though

Your nose really doesn't look bad, but most rhinoplasty patients want the procedure done because of the way they view themselves rather than the way others view them. It's more of a self-confidence booster I suppose. My best advice would be to talk to a rhinoplasty surgeon in your area and ask to see some before and after photos to determine how much of a difference it would make (if any). You can also check out some of these videos or this virtual surgery to get an idea of a rhinoplasty procedure.

I would like to tell that it is better to go for nose job/surgery being done to your nose ,as you are not satisfied with your nose look.Consult specialized surgeons regarding this and speak with them of your views.Because ,it is you who need to think of your satisfaction and ultimately,come out with the right judgment.
