I don't think you should touch it! Minor 'imperfections' in male noses really add to attractiveness... it's not for nothing that Italian men are never short of female admirers despite their typically large (and often humped) noses!

Yes, If it was mine I would have the hump removed and the nose narrowed. As well as the widths of the nostrils.
