So I am getting my second nose job and getting lipo around my jawline area and under chin (due to genetics that fat never goes away!) and I'm looking for people who have had good experiences with doctors in the S. CALI and S. FLORIDA areas. So far I've been looking at surgeons in the S. CALI area and have not been impressed with their B & A pics. I'm actually looking for surgeons who are not as publicized. My first nose job was actually pretty good, getting hit in the nose and feeling it crack and my nose growing more is the reason im getting is revised. If your interested about hearing about my experience with my previous doctor I 'll be happy to tell you in a PM. I really can't afford him anymore but I probably wouldn't go to him anyways, but he's not a bad doctor. idk, i'll have to show you pics and explain. My problem is my chin is small and my nose is not, but I like the shape of my chin so I don't want to get an implant. I was hoping my nose could be made small enough to go with my chin. I want a small enough nose to go with the rest of my face, but not a short nose. don't like the short noses. Please help!

Sad. Oh well. If anybody does come across this, I PROMISE to update this thread with what doctor I go to and how my surgery turns out. I am determined to find a doctor that can give me my perfect nose! within reason of course.

Hi,
my name is maria, i recentley have had a rhinoplasty by Dr.Gary Motykie, who is locatedin Bev hill/ west hollywood area. This was my first proceedure, not a revision. My doctor did say that alot of his work comes from revision. I am happy with my progress so far. I was also extreemly happy with him as a doctor i never flet rushed, he listens. Also the staff was very nice to! I am still in the very being stages of healing, its only been 2 weeks. but i already am happy with it and have been told it will only get beeter from here. I must say i do tend to over analize in the mirror from time to time. From your experience with your first proceedure, will you say that its very swollen at my stage? Thats what ive heard. Anyway you should check out his site he has revision, nose and chin and just nose before and after photos. I hope this helps you!

Hi maria, I've never heard of your doctor but I will definently check him out! Thanks so much for responding to my post ! And your nose should be EXTREMELY swollen right now. I mean I know I was two weeks in. My whole face was actually swollen for a few months after my surgery, not badly swollen but enough for me to notice every time I looked in the mirror. It's true though, it just gets better and better over time. How long ago did u get the cast off? I know when my doctor took the cast off for me I was so disapointed because of the swelling (i didnt realize it was going to go down so much).

Hi. . . Deff. check him out, like i said i really had a great experience with him and the staff. I doo thank you as well for advice with the swelling, i just must wait! I had my cast off a week ago tomorrow(Tues 5-3), so not even a week ago. I think im giong post some before and after pics, im not sure yet! LOL Anyway, goodluck with everything, like i said check out the websites revisons and let me know what ya think. I hope you have a nice day!
