Trying to decide between these two, I have consults lined up with them both. I am looking to have my nose fixed, it was broken 10 yrs ago in a card accident and re-set (primary?) v poorly at a local island hospital. as a result I have a wide lumped bridge and bulbous tip. I am looking for the best of the best for natural, conservative noses on difficult cases. A true artist and perfectionist. At the moment I am leaning towards Frankel, any one care to weigh in?

Jay Kalvert has nice pics. I saw a pic of a female with a severe deviated septum and she was fixed-on his website.

Frankel also has nice pics but he s a bit pricey.

Have you considered travelling down to the east coast. They tend to be cheaper, and there are v good surgeons there.

I'd prefer LA area as that is where I am living.

Why you don't try to consult Dr. Michael Niccole, he is very good surgeon and expert in his field.
