I got a nose job about 2 years and the tip of my nose is bulbous plus there alot of scar tissue still. I heard that a steroid injection would help but i was wondering if steroid nasal spray would be just as effective. Anybody know?

I m not a surgeon but I do nt think that nasal spray is as effective as steroids injections. Steroid inj will shrink the skin (scar tissue). If spray is allied, little is absorbed into the skin as compared to injections.

Also be sure that you go to a qualified doc if you use the ster injections as if you want to shrink the skin proprtionately rather than shrink different places and end up with asymetries.
